BY AGREEING TO THESE TERMS OF USE AND USING STONERESEARCH.ORG,, USERS AND REGISTRANTS HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE, UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT NEITHER Stone Research Foundation NOR THE Stone Research Foundation WEBSITE ARE a "covered entity," “health information organization,” OR “business associate” as those terms are defined under HIPAA and the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act and its implementing regulations (HITECH).
